In the summer of 2020, ideas for Whiskey Rose were conceived over beers in a garage. Since its opening in 2021 it has quickly become an acclaimed Beltline landmark that can be seen from most of 17th Avenue.  Whiskey Rose is for anyone and everyone.  It’s a nostalgic destination that feels like it’s walked 1,000 miles through the dusty hoodoo’s of our beautiful country landscape to the slick streets of Calgary, Alberta.

Whiskey Rose is a place to come together to enjoy good food rooted in Southwestern and Country flavours, listen to live music every weekend, and dance the night away on the heart of the Red Mile.  In the summer, you can sit back & relax on our patio with margaritas and the best forno oven pizzas you ever did taste.
